coupled with annual passages for expatriate officers from MPS 38 onwards

a question of passages on excursion fares coupled with the reduction in leave terms and we await the Standing Commission's comments. On
the third point regarding leave for local officers on MPS 51, we are now collating further information to support the staff side's request. This may take a little longer.
