This Ordinance provides for the appropriation of $2,413,772,032.57 for the financial year which ended on 31 March 1987, in addition to the sum appropriated by the Appropriation Ordinance 1986.

2. Before the Deputy to the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
