There is one technical question I wish to ask on para. 144. After this whole stadium is constructed that you find

a problem with the water leakage, and then now there is a proposal of fixing the problem with $1.1 million with internal waterproof tank, then why in paragraph 144 where you say 'As for tanking, the cost of

the building construction will be double'.

It is double. It would have been double.

D of Ar. S: As I mentioned earlier, the Government has spent a total of $2 million for remedial work. In other words, the basement, the leaks, to cure it, but had the Government decided to use the tanking and not accept the consultant's proposal relying so to speak relying on waterproof concrete, the cost would have been $4.8 million.
