In accordance with section 12 (2) of the Audit Ordinance (Chapter 122) I hereby transmit a copy of the Report of the Director of Audit on the accounts of the Hong Kong Government for the year ended 31 March 1987. Section 12 (2) of the Audit Ordinance also requires that the report be laid before the Legislative Council; this was done on 18 November 1987.
