31. On matters when policy has been agreed, you should deal with the appropriate branch in the Ministry of Defence. Por general policy your point of contact should normally be the Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Commitments), though the Secretary of the Chiefs of Staff Committee should be addressed

on those matters which warrant the attention of the Chiefs of

Staff. You also have the right of direct access to the Chief

of the Defence Staff.
