ASSESSMENT REVIEW BOARD

To consider, upon application by either the Government Land Agent/Special Duties or a claimant, having regard to the Rules of Assess- ment, whether:

(a) the offer made by Government Land Agent/Special Duties to the clai-

mant is fair; and

(b) should it not be regarded as fair, to determine the amount regarded

as fair by the Board, and to give reasons for that decision.
