Mrs. Ling Is a Director of the Jardine, Matheson & Co. and has very many business commitments. She was appointed to the Council in 1987. Her current community services evolve around many Government committees.

Mr. Young Is a Lecturer in Business Administration. He is also very much involved in various family businesses and a great deal of activities both within the Wong Tai Sin District where he represents the Council and also in the Southern District where he was formerly a member of that District Board. He was appointed to the Council In 1987.
