Arrive Kai Tak. Depart by car to Ka i Tak Open Refugee Centre (KTORC).

Arrive KTORC. Tour centre and meet UNHCR officials.

De part KTORC by car to RHKAAF, Kai Tak.

Depart Kai Tak by helicopter to Tuen Mun Closed Centre (TMCC).

Arrive TMCC. Tour centre with Commissioner, of Correctional Services. Meet Save The Children Fund representatives.

Lord Glenarthur departs by first helicopter to Man Kam To.
