Depart Government House by car for Shatin District Office.
Arrive at the Shatin District Office.
Briefing on Shatin New Town by Mr Victor Yung, District Officer (Shatin) and Mr Taty Kuo, Project Manager (Shatin) in the District Board Conference Room.
Walk from the Shatin District Office to New Town Plaza to get a feel of the city centre and view, from the Roman Arena (a vantage point), the Town Hall, Central Library and the nearby residential development.
Depart from New Town Plaza by car.
Arrive at viewing point for panoramic view of Shatin and tour of the new Town by car.
Accompanied by Dr James Hayes Regional Secretary (New Territories) throughout the visit to Shatin.
