VISIT OF HONG KONG DELEGATION TO FCO :

19 MAY

1.

3 officers of the Hong Kong Government, Robert Upton, G Hindhaugh and Donald Tsang, will be visiting the FCO on 19 May for discussions concerning taiks between a UK/Hong Kong Government delegation and a Chinese delegation to be held at the FCO between 27 and 29 May.

2.

As the Hong Kong Government officers will be entering and leaving FCO buildings frequently between 19 - 29 May, it would be more practical for them to be issued with photograph security passes

Hong Kong Government for the period that they will be in London. officers have been issued these passes in the past.

3.

We have asked Mr Upton, Mr Hindhaugh and Mr Tsang to arrive

If you agree to issue them with at the FCO at 10.15am on 19 May. passes I will bring them to room Wl at that time for the necessary procedures.
