I attach a self-explanatory letter from Charles Drace- Francis in Lisbon in which he mentions the possibility of a visit to Lisbon by you or Mr McLaren.

2. As you will see from the final paragraph of Drace-Francis' letter under reference he would like to discuss the contents of his letter when Mr Weston visits Lisbon for familiarization from 18-21 March. (Mr Weston will in fact be accompanying the PUS on his combined visit to Spain and Portugal.) should be most grateful for any preliminary thoughts you might have on the visit proposal.
