Passenger Embarkation Fees
The
S for T reported that progress was being made. meeting agreed to delete the item from the agenda.
(b) Strategic Planning
The meeting noted that SA/HE would lead a delegation to
Canton and Shenzhen from 29 July - 2 August. CS said that
the Governor would like to see a brief on the subjects to
be discussed, (and those to be avoided), in particular covering a line to take on the Shenzhen airport.

Route X
S for T noted that a study on the alignment of Route X
would start in October.
