Madam Zhang's visit was no coincidence, nor was it a random courtesy. Using Mrs. Tierney Lo, ex wife of the erstwhile ExCo and LegCo Member T.S. Lo, she had invited me to lunch or dinner ostensibly to make social contact, but when I declined, a forthright request was made for my time for a courtesy call I received the ladies with Stephen Lam, my Senior Administrative Officer.debeure
