(b) delete sub-sub-paragraph (e) and substitute the following-

"(e) 1 person nominated by the Members of the Legislative Coun- cil, other than Offi- cial Members, from among their own number;".

(a) Delete sub-sub-paragraph (b)

and substitute the following-

"(b) 1 person nominated by the Members of the Executive Coun- cil, other than ex officio Members or Official Members, from among their own number;"; and

(b) delete sub-sub-paragraph (c) and substitute the following-

"(c) 1 person nominated

by the Members of the Legislative Coun- cil, other than Offi- cial Members, from among their own number;".

Delete sub-sub-paragraph (i) and substitute the following—

"(i) 5 persons elected by the Members of the Legislative Council, other than Official Members, from among their own number,".

Delete sub-paragraph (7) and sub- stitute the following-

"(1) 3 persons elected by the Members of the Legisla- tive Council, other than Official Members, from

among their number;".
