Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance (Chapter 370)

Proposed elevated access road leading from Shiu Fai Terrace to Inland Lot No. 2071 Section B, Hong Kong

Thank you for your letter of 12th March 1986, Ref. (122) in LND 207/HLT/63 II.

With regard to Para. 12(a) of the Minutes of Meeting held on 10th December 1986, we request that it be interpretted by the Owner of IL 2071 Section B, Hong Kong, as follows:-

12(a) The Owner of IL2071 Section B, Hong Kong, shall provide a permanent footpath in accordance with the standard of Highways Office with suitable traffic signs along the sole access leading to 150 Kennedy Road and the Freni Memorial Home, and the provision of such permanent footpath and traffic signs shall be at the sole expenses of the said Owner.

We shall be pleased to withdraw our objection provided the above-mentioned is duly complied with by the Owner/Developer of

the Lot.
