5. Traffic is already experiencing frequent congestion at the junction of Shiu Fai Terrace and Stubbs Road. The situation is only going to get worse.

6. There is no guarantee that the developer of Lot 2071

would not link the proposed access to Kennedy Road, creating a circular route making up of Kennedy Road/ Stubbs Road/Shiu Fai Terrace.

7. Is Shiu Fai Terrace a private road under the

Road Crdinance?

I think a number of Owners Corporations in Shiu Fai Terrace have already lodge their protest, and I am sure that our views would not be ignored by an Administration which is claiming to be both reponsive and responsible.
