9. Any person who falsifies, or wilfully or

maliciously damages or destroys, any reference standard

commits an offence.

USED FOR TRADE

10. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the

expression "use for trade" in relation to any weighing or

measuring equipment, means its use in connexion with a

transaction for

(a) determining the weight or measure of goods.

computing the payment of any toll or duty on the

basis of weight or measure; or

(c)

determining the weight or measure of any goods

when a charge is made for such determination.
