To undertake a review of the Ambulance Command of the Fire Services
Department.
Objectives
1. To examine inter alia the following policy and operational aspects of
providing an ambulance service :
The Fire Services Ordinance.
Definition of calls to be covered by Government.

To determine the most suitable and cost-effective ambulance service for
