"(ia) an escalator installed in any

building upon any land vested in the Housing

Authority or in any building over which the

Housing Authority has control and

management;"; and

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (ii), by inserting

after "services" the following

"or in any building over which any of such

services has control and management".

5. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended

in paragraph (k) by inserting after "replacement" the

following

addition or removal".

6. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended

-

(a)

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the

following

"(2) Save as provided in subsection

(2B), no person shall be included in the

register of lift engineers or the register

of escalator engineers unless he
