An appeal board may on an appeal

under section 6(5) or 11C(4)

(a) confirm the decision of the

Director; or

(b)

direct the Director to include the

name of the appellant in the

relevant register.".

Section 19 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) by being renumbered as subsection (1) thereof;

and

(b)

by inserting after subsection (1) the following

"(2)

Subsection (1) shall not apply to

any service lift.".

23. Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is amended

by inserting after subsection (2) the following -

"(3)

Subsection (1) shall not apply to any lift

works in respect of any service lift.".

24. Section 23 of the principal Ordinance is
