(i) by inserting after "misconduct" the

following

"as is referred to in subsection (1)"; and

(ii) by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and

substituting the following

"(a) order

(i) that the name of the lift

engineer or escalator engineer be

removed from the register of lift

engineers or the register of escalator

engineers or both registers, as the

case may be, either permanently or for

such period as the board directs; or

(ii) that the lift engineer or

escalator engineer be reprimanded; and

(b) order that its findings and any order

made under paragraph (a) (i) or (ii) be

published in the Gazette."; and

(c) by inserting after subsection (2) the following
