LIFTS AND ESCALATORS (SAFETY) (FEES) REGULATIONS 1987

Made by the Governor in Council under section 49(1)(e)

Citation and commencement.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Lifts and

Escalators (Safety) (Fees) Regulations 1987 and shall come

into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor

by notice in the Gazette.

Fees.

(Cap. 327.)

2. The fees set out in the Schedule shall be the

prescribed fees payable under the sections of the

Ordinance specified in the Schedule.
