Section 28 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a)

in subsection (1)

(i) in paragraph (e) by inserting after

"section 6" the following

"or 11C"; and

(ii) by deleting "summary";

(b) by inserting after subsection (1) the following

"(1A) Any person who

(a) without reasonable excuse fails to

attend;
