a) When possible and after a study of feasibility, the Company should consider taking over the operation of food and beverage services thereby increasing revenue from the present commission and rent to an operator's operating profit level. Operation of food service, of course, involves an expansion of management responsi- bility and additional investment to support
operations.
b) Study traffic patterns in the Park and locate
food and merchandise facilities at strategic points to maximize impulse food and merchandise

revenues.
Computerize operating and accounting systems to provide timely and more detailed operating and accounting data to allow management to more quickly adjust to changing conditions thus maximizing profits. Many operating facts when compared between periods, and especially when expressed on a per capita basis give indications of profit improvement opportunities.
Obtain for the Park a standby credit facility to ensure the ability to complete projects in progress if the Board of Directors feels that variations from the projections in the five years do not warrant a change of capital spending plans."

In summarizing their findings, the consultants have noted that both Baseline and Simulation Model projections and related assumptions and estimates relate to the future and may be affected by unforeseen events. They can therefore express no opinion on any of the models or on how closely they will correspond with actual results or on the assumptions on which they are based.
