28 specifies an auditor's rights in relation to the
accounts of the Corporation. Clause 29 provides that Part
VIII is not to apply to the Ocean Park Trust Fund. (The
Fund has separate financial requirements under Part IX).
Clause 30 establishes the Ocean Park Trust Fund.
The Fund will consist of a $200 million donation by The
Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club and such other moneys and
assets as may be donated, subscribed or bequeathed to the
Fund or acquired by the Corporation for the Fund.

12. Clause 31 specifies the purposes for which the
Fund may be used. Unless otherwise approved by the
Governor in Council, the principal of the Fund may only be
applied to meet capital expenditure on development projects
for Ocean Park.
13. Clause 32 provides for the investment of moneys
of the Fund. Clause 33 specifies the accouncing
requirements of the Fund. Clause 34 provides that the Fund
shall not be used as security. Clause 35 specifies an
auditor's rights in relation to the accounts of the Fund.
14. Clause 36 provides that the Corporation is not a
servant or agent of the Crown. Clause 37 empowers the
Governor to request information from the Corporation.
38 empowers the Governor in Council to give directions to the
Corporation if he considers it is in the public interest to
do so.

Clause 39 empowers the Corporation to make by-laws.
Clause 40 makes a consequential amendment to the Prevention
of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201.).
