Amend the Air Pollution Control Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Air

Pollution Control (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.

Amendment of section 14. (Cap. 311.)

in subsection (3)(b) by deleting

"a copy" and substituting the following

"the particulars"; and

(b) in subsection (4) -

(i) in paragraph (a) by deleting

"a copy" and substituting the following

(ii) by deleting paragraph (b) and

substituting the following
