colleagues made representations about recent disclosures of
the advice given by individuals at meetings of Executive

Council. He suggested that officials in attendance
withdraw before Members offered their advice. The Acting
Governor agreed to consider the matter. In the interim, he
directed the Chief Secretary to issue a reminder to Official
attendees of their obligation to respect the confidentiality
of Executive Council proceedings.
