Explanatory Note
Since the Schedule of the principal regulations was
last revised in 1977, various new antibiotics have been
developed. The Schedule is, therefore, replaced by a new
Schedule which includes these new antibiotics in the list
of antibiotics that are subject to control under the
Antibiotics Ordinance.
