Supply of incorrect information,

etc.

18B.

Any person who in any

application made under this Ordinance

makes any statement or gives any particular

or information which he knows to be

incorrect in a material respect or who

recklessly makes any statement or gives

any particular or information which is

incorrect in a material respect or

knowingly omits any material particular

therefrom commits an offence and is

liable to a fine of $5,000.".

Addition of new section 20A.

7. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding

after section 20 the following

Amendment of section 21.

"Cessation

of exemption on conviction under section 19(3).

20A. The owner of any premises who

is convicted under section 19(3) of an

offence relating to those premises shall

cease to be exempt under section 20 from

the operation of section 13 in respect

of the premises."

8. Section 21(2) of the principal Ordinance is

amended

-

(a) by deleting "the provisions of section

14(3)(b)" and substituting the following

-

"section 14 (3) and (4)";
