(d) POLICY IN RELATION TO THE DESIGNATION
OF HONG KONG AIRLINES
The Financial Secretary said that he would be making
a statement in the Legislative Council the following day.
He intended to adhere to the policy announced by his
predecessor in 1985 and would explain the workings of the
policy.
(e) ARTICLE IN MIRROR MAGAZINE REPORTED BY RTHK
The Chief Secretary said that he had spoken to the
Director of Broadcasting about lapses in editorial and
reporting standards which had occurred in a recent RTHK
report.
The meeting concluded at 11.18 a.m.
