Authority to require that such products be tested, or
produced to the Authority for testing according to
prescribed standards. Clause 16 makes it an offence to use
such products if at the time of use they do not comply with
prescribed noise standards.
11. Part IV of the Bill (Clauses 17 to 23) provides
for appeals to an Appeal Board, and for a review of an
Appeal Board's decision by the Governor in Council.
12. Part V of the Bill (clauses 24 to 26) contains
provisions for the exercise by the Authority of powers in
aid of enforcement.
13. Part VI of the Bill (clauses 27 to 42) deals with
miscellaneous matters. These include provision for -

the effect of this Ordinance on other Ordinances

activities of the Crown (clause 39).
14. Clause 41 and the Schedule amend existing
legislation relating to noise.
