TESTING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH CONSTRUCTION NOISE PERMIT CONDITIONS

RELATING TO MAXIMUM NOISE LEVELS

In cases where a maximum noise level has been specified as a

condition of a CNP,

measurements may be taken to determine if this

condition is being complied with. Such measurements should generally be

carried out in accordance with the procedures and guidelines given in the

Annex.
