equipment in use in such premises at any one time.

(1) Any person who at any place on any occasion
carries out or causes to be carried out any construction
work contrary to any regulations prescribed for the
purposes of this section commits an offence.
(2)
Any person who commits an offence under this
section shall be liable to a fine of $100,000 and to
imprisonment for 2 years.

9. (1)
An application for a construction noise
permit shall be made to the Authority in the prescribed
form and manner and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
