Re: N.T.C.R. Improvements, Au Tau to

Fan Kam Road, Phase III, Fairview Park to Mai Po

We act for Surebest Choice Company Limited who is the new owner of a milk farm situated in Lot No.3279 C2RP in Demarcation District No.104.

Our client also owns some utilities namely a well, water tank, pumping and power stations located inside the said lot. These utilities are used to supply water to the farm.

The proposed reconstruction of the road "Phase III Fairview Park to Mai Po under the PWP Item No.17 - New Territories Circular Road Improvements Au Tau to Fan Kam Road" would damage the abovementioned utilities to the extent that our client would have to abandon their use.

Further, the destruction of water supply from the well would result in our client having to use water from the Water Authority hence incurring extra costs and expenses in running the farm.

For the above reason, our client strenuously object to the proposed resumption..

We enclose herewith a copy of the sketch plan supplied by our client for your easy reference.
