With reference to your letter dated 22nd June, 1982 and 17th August, 1982 applying for the resite of your Building Licence on Lot 3281 A.R.P. in D.D. 104, I am writing to inform you that because of the re-phasing of the New Territories Circular Road Improvements project from Au Tau to Fan Kam, the section along San Wai Tsuen will definitely not be affected for the time being. As a result, your application will not be considered at this stage. However, you can still occupy your premises until the Phase II project commences. that time, you may apply to this office again.
