If considered necessary for the purposes of or

incidental to the works or the use, other buildings and

structures within a distance of 70 metres, whether shown

or not on Plan Nos. NH 6157 and NH 6158, will also be

dealt with under section 19 of the Ordinance.

Apparatus to be Altered or Diverted

Existing services and utilities such as electric

cables and ducts, telephone cables and ducts lying within

the proposed limit of works area or adjacent thereto may

require removal or repositioning in the course of carrying

out the said works. Further notices, setting out the

manner in which services and utilities will be removed or

repositioned, may be issued under section 20 of the

Ordinance as and when required.
