Dear Sir,

I am writing to you about my land at Lot No. 222 in D.D. 104, San Wai Tsuen, Fuk Hing Lane. I had written to the Secretary for Transport requesting that the area of land to be resumed should be moved further away from my ancestral house.

But since Mr Chan of your department advised me that the tree

in front of my house etc. can be retained, I and others find

the project acceptable and, hence, withdraw our objection.
