If considered necessary for the purpose of or

incidental to the works or the use, other structures

within a distance of 70 metres, whether shown or not on

Plan Nos. NH 6153A and NH 6154A will also be dealt with

under section 19 of the Ordinance.

(E)

Apparatus to be Altered or Diverted

Existing services and utilities such as electric

cables and ducts, telephone cables and ducts lying within

the proposed works area or adjacent thereto may require

removal or repositioning in the course of carrying out the

said works. Further notices, setting out the manner in

which such services and utilities will be removed or

repositioned, may be issued under section 20 of the

Ordinance as and when required.

(F)

Projections/Obstructions to be removed

For the purpose of or incidental to the said

works, it will be necessary to remove existing structures

shown cross-hatched and dotted lying within the limit of

Works Area as shown on Plan Nos. NH 6153A and NH 6154A.
