I am MAN Lung-sau, owner of Lot 3774E in DD104. I have learned that the Government would resume a large portion of the lot for the New Territories Circular Road works. In fact, the lot

had already cut into two parts several tens of years ago for the construction of Castle Peak Road. Now it is going to be cut up again and parts are included in the plan of the abovesaid road works. The remaining small portion left behind will not be of any use for other purposes. Therefore, I write you in the hope that you will sympathize with my situations and resume the whole of Lot 3374E in DD104 so as not to aggravate the loss I would sustain.
