Question: In the light of a recent case where a child was injured by a
plastic pellet from a toy gun, will Government inform this
Council what standards are being used for banning toy guns
which are capable of firing projectiles and inflicting
actual injuries?
SECRETARY FOR TRADE AND INDUSTRY:
Answer The Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance (Cap. 238 regulates
