the proper carrying out of the purposes of

the Corporation.";

(b) in subclause (2)

(i) by deleting paragraph (a)(i) and

substituting the following

(ii) in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting

"accommodation for persons displaced by the

implementation of development schemes" and

substituting the following

"residential accommodation for persons

displaced by the carrying out of the

purposes of the Corporation";

(iii)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "schemes"

in both places where it occurs and substituting

in each such place the following

"proposals";
