In paragraphs (a) and (b) by deleting "development in

urban renewal areas" and substituting in each case the

following

Clause 5

"urban renewal".

That clause 5 be amended-

By deleting subclause (1) and substituting the

following

"(1) The Corporation may do all such

things which are expedient for or conducive

to the attainment of the purposes declared

in or permitted or assigned under section 4

or all such things which, in the opinion of

the Corporation, are necessary to facilitate
