That Clause 3 be amended

Amendment Proposed

In proposed section 17 -

(a) in subsection (1), by inserting after "shall" the

following

11 without reasonable excuse, ";

(b)

in subsection (2)

-

(i) by deleting "address, bill, notice, placard or

poster referred to in section 19 shall include" and

substituting the following

"person shall, without reasonable excuse, include

or cause to be included in any address, bill,

notice, placard or poster referred to in section

19";
