on second or subsequent conviction to a

fine of $10,000"; and

by inserting after subclause (2) the following

*(3) A notice under subsection (1)(b) may

be served by serving a copy -

(a) personally;

(b) by registered post addressed to

the last known place of business

or residence of the person to be

served; or

(c)

by leaving the same with an adult

occupier of the building,

structure, or part thereof to

which the notice relates or by

posting the same upon a

conspicuous part of such building,

structure or part thereof.".

First Schedule

In paragraph 9 by deleting "5" and substituting the
