INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES ORDINANCE

Mr.

CHENG Hon-kwan addressed the Council following motion:

and moved the

That the period during which the Legislative Council may, by virtue of section 34(2) and (3) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, amend the Air Pollution Control (Specified Processes) Regulations 1987 be extended until 4th November 1987.

Question put and agreed to.

ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT SITTING

In accordance with Standing Orders the President adjourned the Council until 21 October 1987.
