Sir, Mr, Lee and Mr. Pang do a grave disservice to

this community by trying to undermine the credibility and

it difficult to see what they hope to achieve. If they are

playing politics they are indeed playing a dangerous game,

because the fact is that the stability and prosperity of

this community depends on the credibility and authority of

this Administration. This Government does not need to be

reminded of its duty by Mr. Lee and Mr. Pang.

policy, every action and every move that we make must have

the support, and be in the interest of, the majority of the

Sir, the accusations which have been made against

us are grave indeed. They cannot be

dismissed simply as part of the cut and thrust of political

debate. I refute them in the strongest possible terms.

Those who continue to make them in the misguided belief that

they are dealing with a lame duck will discover that they

have a tiger by the tail, and not a paper tiger either.
