Resumption of debate on second reading (18 and 19 March 1987)

The Chief Secretary, the Secretary for Health and Welfare, the Secretary for Education and Manpower, the Secretary for Security the Secretary for District Administration, the Secretary for Lands and Works, the Secretary for Transport, the Secretary for Trade and Industry and the Financial Secretary addressed the Council.

Question put and agreed to.

Bill read the second time and committed to a Committee of the whole Council.

VALEDICTORY

His Excellency the President and Miss Lydia DUNN addressed the Council in regard to the service rendered by Mr. E.P. HO, Secretary for Trade and Industry.

ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT SITTING
