The Basic Rights and Obligations of the Hong Kong SAR Residents

Article 1
Kong
residents
Hong
include permanent residents and temporary residents.
Permanent
Hong
Kong
residents
include the following persons who have the right of abode in the Hong Kong SAR and have obtained the permanent identity accordance with law:
cards
in
in
(1) all Chinese nationals born Hong Kong before ΟΙ after the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR;
(2) all Chinese nationals who have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR for a continuous period of seven years or more;
(3)
those
persons of Chinese nationality born outside Hong Kong of persons listed in (1) and (2);
continuous
(4) all non-Chinese nationals who have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR for a period of seven years or more and who have taken Hong Kong as their place of permanent residence;
(5)
under 21 years of persons under
of age who were born of those persons listed in (4) in Hong Kong before or after the establishment of
of the Hong Kong SAR;
(6) all persons who had the right of abode only in Hong Kong before the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR.
Chapter III
The Basic Rights, Freedoms Obligations of inhabitants and other

Article 1:

freedom of speech;
(c)
freedom of the press;
(d) freedom of assembly;
