Director General the prospects for Dragonair operating scheduled
services to China. They agreed air service talks would take place
first week of June. Dragonair will be a member of the UK
negotiating team.

Non-scheduled (Charter services to London
Should be pursued in Hong Kong. Director of Civil Aviation Hong
Kong has full responsibility for approving charter services. HMG
is not involved.

Hong Kong Policies only help Cathay Pacific Airways (CPA)
and disadvantage DAL
If DAL have any concerns about the application of the policy they
should pursue this with HK.
