The MOD have informed me that they are unable to arrange a call

for you on Mr Younger.

You are in Scotland on the dates we have been offered and Mr Younger will be overseas during the week you are in London prior to your departure for Hong Kong.

3. I have expressed regret and told MOD that you will probably wish to call on Mr Younger during your first duty visit to the UK. You may wish me to take this forward in due course.
